| Former Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Officers, many of whom have spent a life time of service in the Armed Forces constitute the rank and file of the the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.
The Middle Tennessee Chapter was formed in 1960 and currently has over 300 members; most of whom are men and women who have fought America's wars since Pearl Harbor and who live in the Central Grand Division of the State of Tennessee.
The national Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) mission statement is: MOAA is an independant, non-profit, dues-supported organization dedicated to maintaining a strong national defense and to preserving the earned entitlements of members of the uniformed services and their families and survivors.
The Middle Tennessee Chapter motto is: Committed to Serve Our Country, Community, Comrades and their Families.
